These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Atoms2Algebra's Website, located at https://atoms2algebra.com.

By accessing this website, we assume you accept these terms and conditions.

1. Services Provided

• We offer tutoring in math and science for students of various educational levels. Our services include one-on-one sessions, group sessions, and online tutoring through video conferencing platforms.

2. Deals and Promotions

• We offer family/group rates. Two students can be tutored, each responsible for paying 3/4 of the hourly rate. Three students can be tutored, each responsible for paying 5/8 of the hourly rate.

• Atoms2Algebra's referral program:

  • Refer a student to me, and after we complete a session, you'll get $5 off your hourly rate.

  • Refer another student to me, and after we complete a session, you'll get another $5 off your hourly rate.

  • Refer a third student to me, and after we complete a session, you'll get another $5 off your hourly rate.

  • Refer 4+ students, and you'll get a firm handshake and a very sincere 'thank you'. No more discounts.

3. Scheduling and Cancellations

• Sessions must be scheduled in advance.

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session may be subject to a cancellation fee. This will be my discretion.

• No-call-no-shows will be charged for the hour. Let's respect everyone's time.

• We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel sessions due to unforeseen circumstances.

4. Payment and Refunds

• Payment must be made before or at the time of the session unless otherwise agreed.

• No refunds will be given for completed sessions.

• Refunds for pre-paid sessions will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

5. Code of Conduct

• Students are expected to behave respectfully during sessions.

• Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in termination of services.

• Tutors reserve the right to end a session if a student engages in inappropriate conduct.

6. Intellectual Property

• There is no intellectual property when it comes to learning-for-learnings-sake.

• All materials provided by the tutor or found on this website are for educational use only.

• Distribution of these materials is encouraged.

7. Limitation of Liability

• We do not, and will never guarantee specific academic results.

• We are not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.

8. Changes to These Terms

• We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. Remember, the only constant in this world is change.
